Why this Website

My name is Rob De Carli and I made this website because I was honored to have been accepted to the People To People Student Ambassador program. This program was founded in 1956 by president Dwight D. Eisenhower in order to try to build a more aware and peaceful world.

This year, a group of student ambassadors and I will get the chance of a life time to travel to France, England, Wales, and Ireland. We’ll get to meet members of parliament, see the Eiffel tower, walk the beaches of Normandy, participate in community service, and so much more. The curriculum of the trip will teach us about the history, culture, and the people of the region. This is because there is no better way to teach students culture than to experience first hand.  

But I need your help, I’m fundraising to help pay for this once in a lifetime opportunity. You can help me by making donations on the website or help me by attending my fundraisers or by ordering fundraising items. This website will announce upcoming events, let people know what’s new, and keep you informed of my progress towards reaching my goal to become a student ambassador.
